  • At least 5 years of experience of operations management, key account management, sales or business development work in a large business or growing a startup.
  • Experience in sales & account management for Mid Market, a proven track record in scaled process
  • Previous experience managing sales representatives. Settings procedure, strategies and goals for the team
  • Good business understanding and judgment. Comfortable taking care of financial information and thoughtful about overall strategic choices.
  • Empathetic when dealing with people. Able to quickly establish relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly. Able to pivot from long-term thinking to immediate action tactical response.
  • Analytics chops: SQL and Google Sheets
  • Be a meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses. Have the ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely manner.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing with a focus on retaining value.
  • English advanced proficiency and Portuguese fluency
  • Strong communication skills (UP-leadership & DOWN-sales team)
  • Data Driven mindset
  • Strong Sales skills (joining meetings with reps to unblock negotiations
